THE VENUE: RIALTO THEATRE
The texture of old brick walls, painted plaster details, and blue tile work to create the perfect contrast of old and new. Perfectly located just blocks from the Hillsborough River, Ulele Spring, and old Trollybarn, the Rialto plays a key role in the revitalization of Tampa Heights. The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will be held behind these blue doors.
THE UNPLUGGED CEREMONY
Our ceremony will commence promptly at 5:30 p.m., with doors opening at 4:30 p.m. to allow ample time for seating. We kindly request that all guests arrive and be seated by 5:15 p.m., as no late entries will be permitted after 5:30 p.m. Guests arriving after this time will be asked to wait until the cocktail hour begins at 6:00 p.m. for entry.
We also want to inform you that our ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photographs or videos during the ceremony. Our professional photographer and videographer will be capturing every special moment, allowing everyone to fully immerse themselves in the beauty and significance of the occasion.
Lastly, the venue has a capacity! So, no additional guests, kids or dogs are welcomed at the ceremony or reception aside from the wedding party. Take the night off!
COCKTAIL HOUR + RECEPTION
After the ceremony, we invite you to join us for a delightful cocktail hour starting at 6:00 p.m., followed by dinner and dancing around 7:00 p.m. The event will come to a close at 11:00p.m. We look forward to celebrating and creating unforgettable memories with all of our loved ones.
